Vinegar has also been said to contain vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and polyphenols which reduce cell damage because of it’s antioxidant plus taking care of other diseases.

I personally, prefer the lemon version of the drink because the mixture gives me the taste of a lemonade Plus the mood boost that goes with lemon juice.
It does not require many recipes to be prepared; all you need is the organic Apple Cider Vinegar( mother), water, lemon, and honey as a sweetener.
You can also use stevia in the place of honey if that goes down well with you or use other variations of flavors such as ginger juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice among others.
